1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Intuka's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Intuka provides a cloud-based business management platform including Sales CRM, Marketing Automation, HR Management, and Finance modules. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service. Your data is preserved if you subscribe within the grace period.

5. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed on a per-user basis, either monthly or annually. Prices are listed on our website and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to data you enter into the platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; transmit malware or harmful code; interfere with the service's operation; resell or redistribute the service without authorization; use the service to send unsolicited bulk communications.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

The Intuka platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Intuka and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intuka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

12. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
