Each organization's business data is stored in a dedicated, isolated database. Your data is never commingled with other customers' data. Access to your data is restricted to authorized users within your organization based on role-based permissions.

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest; bcrypt password hashing with per-user salts; role-based access control; regular security audits; infrastructure hosted on enterprise-grade cloud providers.
6. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: payment processors (Stripe) to process subscriptions; email delivery services (Brevo) to send transactional emails; cloud infrastructure providers for hosting. All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account cancellation, business data is retained for 30 days (grace period) and then permanently deleted. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.
